Spiderman 4 Reboot

Spiderman RebootI don't really know how to introduce that but well looks like Sony Pictures has ditched Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire over creatives differences....

Director Sam Raimi and Sony didn't manage to agree on what villain would be in Spiderman 4, so Sony Pictures has decided to scrap Sam Raimi's Spiderman in order to reboot the franchise!

And looks like they already have a script for this Spiderman Reboot: it was written by James Vanderbilt long ago as a back-up plan. The new Spiderman would be a darker version.

Also the word is that Sony is hellbent on releasing The Spiderman reboot movie in 3D.

If Sony wants to stick to its release schedule, I guess we'll get more details soon.

What do you think of this reboot of the Spiderman franchise?
:/

Update: Andrew Garfield is the new Peter Parker aka Spider-Man and Rhys Ifans will plays as the villain

That's crazy, how can they do that after the third film, I was hoping for the scorpion, the rhino and elctro to be in the fourth film. They said they wanted spidey to be like the James Bond films of 23. They are not giving it time. I hope they don't use the Green Goblin in the reboot in 2012.

James Bond has survived for over 40 years,in spite of "reboots",I think anyone who loves the webhead will just enjoy the movie without really concerning themselves with who's doing it.

chameleon is my choice.Realistically they could use a virtually unknown actor for a few minutes then just use a stuntman in the costume for everything else.

as this will be the third version of spidey i think it is a mistake to call it spider "4" since this is the second reboot. For those who dont know spider man was done first back in i belive 1990. wonder if they will follow the formula used in batman as he became a darker hero with each reboot.
